Wedding Tips

In hopes to make your wedding day go smoother along with giving you better photographic results, here are some tips you may find helpful.

- Have a small bag with important items such as touch-up makeup, small brush/comb, tissues, feminine products, qtips, bobby pins, and anything else you think you may need.
- During the schedule of the day make sure everyone knows when it's "family photo time" so no relatives are missing. It can also be helpful to have someone to be an assistant on keeping track of the family members when needed.
- If you'd like your bouquet to stand out in photos and give more color make sure it's not the same color as your dress. White flowers and a white dress do look pretty together, but will not be very vibrant.
- If you are purchasing a wedding package that already comes with a photographer, and are hiring me to be your main photographer please let the other party know this. It's likely they will automatically assume they are still the main photographer during the day and I will end up becoming the second.
- If family group shots are important to you, make sure you do it before the ceremony or directly after. All the times I can count as soon as you say "let's just do it after the reception" - it'll never happen.
- Last but certainly not least - HAVE FUN! It's your wedding day!
